You may pay your bill online with a credit card. To pay using a checking account, or if you have any other questions, please call our billing office at 401-239-1800 option 4, Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.

Please enter your payment amount in the box below, then select “Make Online Payment” to make a secure payment through Pay Junction. You will be prompted to provide your information and account number (Customer ID) on the next page. Thank you!


Please contact our office if your transaction has been declined. Continuing/Several attempts can place pending charges to your credit/bank card and can lead to insufficient funds. At the close of our business day pending charges that have been declined will disappear from your credit/bank card in 1 to 3 business days. (The amount of days is dependent of your card issuing bank, please contact them directly to inquire)
